Lunch time on a Monday !
The union at the college fills with hungry students, 300 people all eager to buy a chip roll and chat about the what they were up to at the weekend.
You are standing in the queue and the student in front of you seems to have 'gone off into a daze'. The queue has moved forward, but he hasn't moved, and, when you speak to him, you are aware that he isn't really 'there'. Suddenly he collapses to ground, and his whole body tenses, before he starts to shake. You notice that his eyes have rolled back in his head, and that he is clenching his jaw. As the shaking becomes increasingly violent, you realise that you need to help him.
